A TOPSIS AND ELECTRE COMPARISON ANALYSIS ON WEB-BASED SOFTWARE

Methods in the Decision Support System (DSS) have their own techniques solving organizational problems. Determining appropriate DSS method with problem is a common difficulty experienced by organizations. The performance of can be measured various ways. This research aims to determine two methods, specifically Technique for Others Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Election at Choix Traduisant La Realite (ELECTRE) which are applied best lecturer selection system. was carried out on software designed using efficiency as one International Organization Standardization (ISO) 9126. both methods tested validity sensitivity testing. results showed that TOPSIS better terms sensitivity. execution time 0.0085 seconds faster has greater value 2.18% compared ELECTRE. Validity result gave reaching 100% That means, ELECTRE calculation trusted because it perfect level accuracy.
